Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges only within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible for Exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Exchanges are limited to size variations of the same item only
- Replacement size must be available in our current inventory
Exchange Process:
- Contact us at alyssa.allen@shopkoti.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and requested size
- We'll provide a prepaid return label once exchange is approved
- Send the original item back using our provided label
- Your new size will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your return
Final Sale Items
Due to the exclusive nature of our drops and limited production runs, all sales are final except for approved size exchanges outlined above.
Quality Guarantee
In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
What We Cannot Exchange:
- Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items without original tags
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
- Different styles or colors (size exchanges only)
